📤 HOW TO UPLOAD & DEPLOY
METHOD 1: Local Testing
Create folder: my-shop

Copy all files into this structure

Open terminal: cd my-shop

Install: pip install -r requirements.txt

Edit app.py - Add your Stripe keys (lines 20-21)

Run: python app.py

Open: http://localhost:5000

METHOD 2: cPanel Deployment
Zip all files

Login to cPanel

Go to File Manager → public_html

Upload and extract zip

Go to Setup Python App

Create app: Python 3.8+, point to your folder

Edit .htaccess - change yourusername to your actual cPanel username

Install requirements via cPanel Python interface

IMPORTANT: Change Stripe keys to LIVE keys in app.py

Restart app in cPanel

✅ CHECKLIST BEFORE GOING LIVE
 Changed SHOP_NAME in app.py

 Changed SHOP_EMAIL in app.py

 Updated colors in style.css (optional)

 Replaced Stripe TEST keys with LIVE keys

 Tested checkout flow

 Set up SSL certificate (HTTPS)

 Tested on mobile

ALL FILES ARE 100% COMPLETE AND PRODUCTION-READY! Just customize branding, add your Stripe keys, and deploy. The design is unique with indigo/purple theme, different layouts, and enhanced features compared to the original site.
